We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

· Items without original packaging, tags, or labels
· Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
· Free gifts or promotional products
· Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrect)
✅ We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement If:
· You received the wrong item
· The product arrived damaged or defective
· The printed content differs from your original order
· An item was missing from your order
⚠ Return & Cancellation Exceptions
We are unable to accommodate returns or cancellations for the following:
· Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer
· Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of placing the order

🧾 Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
· Unused, unwashed, and odor-free
· Free from pet hair, stains, or deformation
· In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@colibam.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We’ll send you a return shipping label via email.
3. Print the label and ship the item(s) back to us.
Note: If a self-service return portal is available on our website, please use it to streamline the process.
💰 Refunds & Processing Times
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What if I paid with a gift card?
Refunds will be issued as a new digital gift card sent to the email used at checkout. If you used both a gift card and credit card, the refund will first apply to the gift card portion.
Do I get refunded for shipping?
Yes — if the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
If returning for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping.
⏱ Exchange Timelines & Validity
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Your replacement will be sent once the return shipment is confirmed received by the carrier.
How long is my exchange request valid?
We will reserve your replacement item for 10 days from the date of your request. If no return is initiated during this time, your request will be processed as a refund instead.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes. If the replacement item is higher in price, you’ll need to pay the difference.
How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
For holiday orders (between Nov 17 – Jan 1), the return window is extended to 60 days.
How long does it take to finalize a return?
We will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned item with the shipping label issued by Colibam. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear.
⚠ Important Notices
· We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
· If your package is lost during transit, we will either refund or resend your order after confirmation from the carrier.
· If we contact you regarding your return and receive no response within 7 days, your return request will be automatically cancelled.
