When Will My Order Ship and How Long Will Delivery Take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
We ship primarily via FedEx or USPS, and standard delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days for domestic orders.

Please note that in rare circumstances (such as severe weather or high demand periods), order processing may be delayed.

  • Delivery Time: 3–10 business days

  • Cost: $4.99 for the first item, free shipping for each additional item in the same order

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10–20 business days

  • Cost: $7.99 for the first item, free shipping for each additional item

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

2. How Do I Place an Order?

To place your order:

a. Visit the product page
b. Select quantity (if ordering more than one)
c. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout
d. Choose your payment method and enter your shipping address and email for confirmation

3. How Will I Know If My Order Is Confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
This email includes a unique Order ID and a summary of the items you purchased.

4. What If I Don’t Receive a Confirmation Email?

Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email.
If it's not there, contact our customer support at support@colibam.com and we will resend the confirmation promptly.

5. How Do I Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order by emailing support@colibam.com within 24 hours of placing it.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed and entered into fulfillment.
Please place your order only when you’re confident in your purchase.

6. How Do I Modify My Order?

To request changes to your order (such as address updates), please contact us as soon as possible at support@colibam.com.
Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, no changes can be made.

7. Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses?

We do ship to PO Boxes.
However, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

8. Will I Be Charged VAT or Import Taxes?

International orders shipped from the U.S. are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in your order and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.
